Full Metal Alchamest Character Creation

-In this RPF you can have a state soldier, a rebel soldier, a state alchamist, rebel alchamist or free lancer(alchamist or not who offers their services to a certain side temporarily). You may also choose there rank and a title if they are an alchamist.

-But you must explain their title, it must make sence like you could be the "the cheese cube alchamist". (Just typing that hurt my soul) It should be relavent and cool. Nobody should be a generaL eather at most a colonel but we cant have 80 colonels running around so people should choose a rank that they like. If need be I can supply a list of enlisted and officer ranks.

-Be specific but short and to the point with your characters image and if you are a part of the state you will most likely were a state uniform but you dont have to.

-In your first post explain your Alchamy but be short and to the point, also be realistic you cant say you can turn water to gold or turn sand into huge iron spikes. Alchamey works through equvilant exchange and you can only manipulate whats around you. And human alchamy is taboo it is forbiden by state and nature so you can try it but the risk of your character dying is emensly larger.

-You should also if you want give a short history of your person but you dont have to.

-For now you may have as many as TWO specific characters but can play the role of any genaric soldier of your current side to help make things more interesting.

Now I don't like double posting but this is one of those rare exceptions.

Name: Allen Mordren
Title:Lightning Barrel Alchamist

Apperance-He has short cut blonde hair and grey eyes. He wears a state issue uniform with a blue jacket of a darker shade over it he has two identicle gloves with two different transmutaion circles on them. The gloves are black and the fingers and thumb are cut half way on both, he also has with bandages which the gloves go over that are rappied his hands fingers to help hold onto his gun, it also helps to stop blisters and cuts. . He also has his pistol in a holster on the back of his waste. He also alsways has his sniper rifle on his shoulder and it is covered while he is in public, and not in combat, so as not to unsetle the people of Central or whatever city he is in.

Alchamey: His form of Alchamey is unique and alittle complecated all together he uses 5 transmutation symbols. The reason for this is he one of few alchamist to use firearms, he use an alchemicly modified sniper rifle and rounds.
1-This is on a black glove with the fingers cut half way. This symbol allows him to control energy in the form of electricity which he uses to super charge the speed and power of the bullets but it also allows him to absorb energy in the form of the guns recoil and redirect it elswere. And if he is fighting hand to hand he can use this circle to shock anything it strikes
2-The circle on his sniper rifle allows it to stay together an resist the emense force of his right hands alchamy.
3-useing a different symbol on his left hand he embeds a symbol on the bullets this allows any sized bullet even heay machine gun rounds to shrink, fit into his barrel and after fired expand back into full size at great speeds.
4-He weres a glove on his left hand which is just like the one on his right except it has a basic transmutaion symbol on it wich he uses to embed circles on his bullets. But he also makes melee weapons with it for if he needs to fight up close.
5-His scope has a alchemic circle as the site allowing him to ajust its focus or add more focusing lensis to it useing Alchamy.

History-He fought in the second Ishbalan conflict at which point he was just a sergeant. He had failed the Alchamey test for two years during the interview section. But after his unique alchamy was witnessed by the higher ups during the rebelion he was amediatly commisioned as a state alchamist and promoted to lieutenant but because of his same attitude issues that made him fail the interview he only got promoted twice even with his exceptional alchamy and intelligence. Some unique things about hi is his refusal to use his alchamy on his personbal pistol for fear it will break. He is also ambidextrous although he only uses his left hand to use his transmuted swords , his pistol or to transmute circles onto bullets and other guns in a pinch. He also always has a chocolate or a sugery drink to keep his energy up because of his exsasting alchamy stile.

Name: Toby Mezrakohv + Monty Blue (Pet Cat & Weapon)
Title: "Suppression Alchemist"

Appearance: Toby is medium build and height, with semi-short light brown hair with blue eyes. He wears a pair of black dress pants with a long sleeve black dress shirt with vertical gold stripes that is not tucked into his pants. he wears a pair of normal shoes and an old brown leather jacket. around his neck a cross made of wood and metal wire. On his back left shoulder is an alchemy symbol branded into his skin and bones through a more powerful alchemy.

Monty Blue is an average size short hair male Main Coon cat, with calico colors. The bottom of his chin, his belly front paws and 1/3rd of his back legs from his back paws up are white, with the rest being patches of black and brown. On the top of Monty's head and underneath all his fur is an small alchemy symbol he was given by Toby.

Alchemy: Toby has a broad understanding of alchemy but his two personal alchemic techniques the one on his back and Monty's head are two different symbols that can be used separately or together.

1). The symbol on Toby's back is his strongest and seldom used alchemy sign, which allows him to suppress the natural energies that allow people to use alchemy. it can also suppress or nullify alchemy before it is completed or after the technique is complete. When he uses his alchemy to supress other people's ability to use alchemy at the most it lasts 5 minutes

2). The symbol on Monty's head allows him to change his fur, teeth, claws, and bones into an array or metals and minerals for about 5-10 minutes before it needs to stop and recharge.

3). When Toby activates both his and Monty's alchemic symbols together he is able to temporarily transform Monty into a powerful half-Lion half-Tiger half-Jaguare combat chimera for about 5-10 minutes.

History: Toby Mezrakohv is a former member of the Anti-Establishment Militia "Leonium", which was founded after the massive geo-political backlash of the second Ishbal War. After Leonium was destroyed in a violent struggle Toby drifted from place to place with his pet cat he rescued as a kitten now full grown. A gifted and battle harden alchemist he learned a verity of alchemic techniques in his travels to which he employs when he is given a mission by who ever is willing to pay for his services. Together Toby and Monty have made a name for themselves as one of the most highly sought after alchemist on the market, though Toby has been know to decline more jobs then he takes. They can usually be seen Toby wondering around from town to town with Monty on his shoulder.

Name: Gregory Nadir
Title: "The Messenger"

Appearance: A pale skinned man of average hight, and ruffly 185 pounds with some muscles although not enough to make him seem impossing. He has a black fedora with gold lineing which he wears over his average length brown hair. He has piercing green eyes over which he wears sun glasses with round gilded rims. He wears a black suit with a black tie. Over his suit he wears a black over coat. On both his hands he wears black gloves with gold lineing and on the palms are a strange forgien symbolm made of gold lineing. He has a brown belt with a pouch and two revolver holsters, and in between his suit and over coat he has two concealed swords. All his articals of clothing are made of a durable, flexible, and comfortable forieghn fabric that is difficult to come by.

Equipment:
1- He has two long barrel black six shot revolvers.
2- He has two finely crafted short swords with cylindrical hilts and no hand guards.
3-In his bouch he has a sword sharpener, a sowing kit, and his quickload revolver rounds (six rounds tied together in the revolver circle already, so you just pop in all six at once.)
4- He also pulls out the oddist things from his pockets, and has a nach for optaining rare items.

History:
Not much is known about the man they call "The Messenger" it is rumored he hails from a country to the east that has been isolated since Bradly came to power almost 100 years ago and after he died they stayed isolated. He first showed up at the final battle of the second Ishbal conflict. He walked right to the traitor alchemists and the Ishbalan leaders and said "I come berring the message of a dangerous man, he says simply... you will all die." With that he turned and walked away. According to witness reports he was seen killing soldiers on both sides of the battle, it depends on which side you ask. Those who saw him ten years ago say he hasn't aged a bit in the ten years since then. And other then what people new he did at the end of the second Ishbal conflict not a thing is known about him. Not about his past or what he has been doing for the last ten years. The only thing anyone really knows besides his name is that he is an excellent gun slinger, and a brilliant swordsmen.

Title: Special Task Force 6th District Field Commander

Appearance-He is a average size man in height and size, wearing the standard blue uniform of the State Military. He has short black hair and green eyes. he wears special black gloves with the ends cut off of his trigger finger. He has a hand gun and holster attached to his belt and brings his personal sniper rifle with him usually in its camouflage colored case.

Equipment:
1). Custom upgraded high power Sniper Rifle + camouflage colored case
2). Standard issue state military hand gun
3). Special Operations Battle Knife

History: Lancaster Rosenfeld, is a former Infantry Sniper who fought in the Second Ishbal War. Gaining recognition for his exploits he was made a top field commander of the States newly formed Special Task Force, developed to monitor and if need be police all Alchemists in the State military, and all none-military alchemists in State territory. Due this special mission Lt.Col. Rosenfeld often finds himself working closely with the Alchemists of the Military and is well know as a top rank hunter and tracker.
