Full Metal Alchamist RPF

Toby hid back underground with Monty in his arms, "Good boy Monty," he said stroking his cat as it lay unconscious in his arm. No what Mr.Sniper, will you stay up there or come down here...or better yet, Toby thought before he used his spike technique and shot a massive spike up towards the sky as high as it could go drawing as much conductive material towards the outside of the pillar as he could. Toby was panting but was sure this decision would make things easier for him as he caught his breath.

"So thats how this will end."Allen transmuted away the ground beneath him falling into the sewer as he fell he pulled out his pistol and when he landed he aimed it at Toby's head. Stairing him straight in the eye he fired.

Toby moved to the side taking the bullet to the shoulder before activating his spike alchemy. Spikes shot out of the walls on both of Allen's flanks while Toby transmuted a wall between them both.

Allen created a pillar that brought him back to the court yard he went to the wall of the building and fell to the ground. He then sat against the wall looking up at the rain as he said to himself "both of us were lucky to have made it out of that alive but that just means more work for me." (sigh)

Toby stumbled into his room at the hotel from the window. He lay down on the bed just as Monty came back to. The cat stretched then snuggled up to his master. Toby's arm was bandaged up but he knew a doctor in town who was on his way over to pick the bullet out and sow up his shoulder. Monty yawned and fell asleep. Toby chuckled, "Well look at who had busy day today huh Monty."

"Well, well, you seem to have lost." Said the messanger from early casualy as he walked in the room. This time wearing the uniform of a hotel staff member.

"We tied," Toby said as Monty woke up. "Of course not like either of us tried to hard."

"Of course. Well I am here to tell you that while you are here in central you will be seeing alot more of me. So lets get things started shall we." The man threw Toby a boundle of money. He then opened the door and began to walk out.

Oh i bet i will, Toby thought as his friend entered the room dressed as a Doctor.

(West Side Command Building)

A State Lt.Colonel and investigation unit taped off the battle scene and th West Side command building. The Colonel walked up to Allen with a medic in tow to check the Captain for wounds. "Looks like you had yourself a good time Captain. Wanna tell me exactly what the hell happened and why most of West Avenue is gone," The colonel said in a stern voice.

"You know jokes lose their effect when you say them so seriusly, hehe. And as for me I made it out without a scratch. Not like Toby I planted one in his shoulder." Allen said as he stood up.

Hmph, "You know having no injuries at all can be just as bad Allen," The colonel sighed. "We both know your gonna feel every redirection you made in the morning so i wouldn't toot your own horn just yet. You look like shit and there's a reason for that." The Colonel opened a vanilla envelope he carried with him and continued, "Toby Mezrakohv, former high ranking lieutenant in Leonium and one of their few Alchemists. He's get 9 alchemists killed to his name and 4 are ranked Major or higher. Your damn lucky he didn't suppress your Alchemy Allen or you would have been fucked."

"Hehehe, he did. Twice, and he even blew up his cat but I was prepared, and I had weather on my side so I didn't have to waste alot of my energy producing lightning. That and when he blew up his cat he already supressed me twice and couldn't do it any more." Said Allen in a relieved voice.

"That you know of but even so you won't always have the weather, and what happens if there's a next time and its a sunny day can your sniping make up for his abilities," The Colonel stated as he closed his envelope. "H.Q. wants you to come in for questioning on the battle, blah blah balh you know the routine."

"H.Q. wants alot of stuff. I will be there after I deal with the four of my men Toby killed outside the Dino."

"No you will go now Allen Mordren," The Colonel said. "MY staff will deal with the incident at Dino's." With that the Colonel walked away from Allen shouting orders to his men as the swarmed the West Side.

"Fine," Allen said as he picked up his rifle and began walking to central command.

(Hotel in Central)

Toby rolled his arm and moved his shoulder around. With the bullet out of his arm and a medical alchemy symbol drawn on his shoulder Toby was feeling much better. Monty was doing better too, the Cat was now fully recovered and sleeping happily on his master's pillow, while Toby left the room and walked out of the room and down stairs to the Hotel Dining Room.

Lets hope everything has cooled down in the last few days, Toby thought to himself

"Waffles, Mr.Toby?" Said the messanger from before, (now wearing his suit, over coat, sun glasses, gloves, and fedora) following which he drank from his "?" mug.

"No thank you," Toby said as he grabbed a biscuit and walked away from the messenger.

"It is not that easy Toby. Many people have their eye on you, and that captain, after what happened at west district command. It is like I said you will be seeing alot more of me from now on."

"Hmph if you say so," With that Toby took his breakfast back up to his room and his Cat.

(Sigh) "Looks like things are going to get fun." Said Greagory as he got up and walked away.

Lt. Colonel Rosenfeld walked into Captain Mordren's office with one of his subordinates carrying an envelope. Colonel Rosenfeld sighed as he walked in, "Well the brass has finally finished their report of your fight with that Toby Mezrakohv. Wanna hear it?"

"Of corse, I am just dieing to know what the suits who play soldier think of me." Said Allen sarcasticly, as he spun around childishly in his chair.

Lancaster laughed as he sat on the other side of Allen's desk. "alright here we go then," He said as he opened the file. "Official report for the "West Side 4th District Incident" wooooh catchy name huh. Anyway, regarding the incident a rouge militant operative from the Former Leonium Militia, Toby Mezrakohv a.k.a The Suppression Alchemist and State Alchemist Captain Allen Mordren, Central State Defense and Military Investigation Command has released the fallowing report. The radical Mezrakohv has been confirmed as a free lance operative working for an aggressive Anti-State Faction, was assigned to engage State instillation and soldiers in the North Side 15th, 16th, 18th and 21st Districts as well as the West Side 4th-9th district. As he entered the West Side he engaged State Alchemist Allen Morden, that's you, who was able to defeat him in battle....blah blah blah hey they're not blaming you for destroying the place, but a few of the brass are calling you reckless in your tactics and saying most of the damage to the west side could have been avoided if you took the fight more seriously and kept your men with you instead of making them leave and called your lock down of the West Side unnecessary and a gross miss use of your authority," Lancaster stopped and closed the file. ",And that's it in a nut shell Allen."
